Inventory Voucher : Voucher क्या है – Voucher एक प्रकार का लिखित विवरण होता है, जिसमे सभी Financial or Non-Financial लेनदेनो का विवरण होता है. voucher व्यवसाय का महतवपूर्ण भाग है, यह सभी प्रकार के व्यवसाय में Voucher का उपयोग होता है. Tally में हम इसी के अनुसार Voucher Entry किया जाता है.

Types of Vouchers – Tally Prime

1.      Accounting Voucher

2.      Inventory Voucher

Accounting Vouchers वह वाउचर है जिमसे वितीय लेनदेनो के हिसाब किताब रखा जाता है

Contra Voucher (F4)	Payment Vouchers(F5)	Receipt Voucher (F6)
Journal Vouchers (F7)	Sales Vouchers (F8)	Credit Note Voucher (Ctrl + F8)
Purchase Vouchers (F9)	Memo Voucher (Ctrl + F10)	Debit Note Voucher ( Ctrl + F9)

 

1- Contra Voucher :-

Any transactions involving a transfer of cash between one cash a/c to another or one cash a/c to another bank a/c or one bank account to another is called as a contra entry. This type of Entry Enter in Contra Voucher F4

• Cash A/c To Bank A/c

•  Bank A/c To Cash A/c

•  Bank A/c to Bank A/c

Contra Voucher का उपयोग करने के लिए निम्नलिखित स्टेप को पालन करते है

A- Gateway of Tally > Vouchers

B- press F4 Button

3.     Payment Voucher :-

A payment voucher is a way to record payments made to suppliers and maintain a history of payments that your business has made.

इस वाउचर का प्रयोग टेली में भुगतान सम्बधित व्यवहारो के लिए किया जाता है।

Payment Voucher का उपयोग करने के लिए निम्नलिखित स्टेप को पालन करते है

 Gateway of Tally > Vouchers

B-     B- F5 Button  press

3. Journal Voucher :- 

यह एक एकांउटिंग वाउचर है इसका उपयोग डेबिट और क्रेडिट राशि को नगद अथवा बैंक खातो में शामिल किये बिना समायोजित करने के लिये किया जाता है।

Journal Voucher :-  का उपयोग करने के लिए निम्नलिखित स्टेप को पालन करते है
